| Puchase Orders - Bitec offers, upon approval, up to Net/30 day terms for government (federal, state, county or municipal), hospitals, educational institutions - public schools and universities (private schools may need to provide credit references), Fortune 1000 companies. | |
| Credit Card Policy - Bitec will verify credit card information for your protection. When we process your credit card we must have the exact billing address for the card. Credit card sales require the card billing and shipping address be the same. Circumstances may require customers to sign and fax back our Credit Card Sales Form. | |
| How To Get Service - The projectors Bitec sells are warranted by the original manufacturer. Manufacturer contact information is provided in the Owner's Manual. | |
| Return Policy - New projectors (all except Lumens and Microtek) may be returned for credit within 10 days of invoice date. Defective (DOA) new projectors may be returned for replacement (same dollar value or more) within 15 days of invoice date. Customers returning projectors or accessories within 10 days of invoice date, without replacement, will charged a 15% restocking charge based on the original sale price. Projectors and accessories are not permitted to be returned after 10 days of invoice date. All returns must be approved by Bitec. To return a projector for any reason a customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Bitec and pay for the return shipping costs. The projector must be in excellent, like new, condition in the original packaging with all accessories included. |
